Betty’s Help Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2025 to honor the humanitarian legacy of Mrs. Bertha Efeti Ngenge, lovingly known as Betty by her kids.
Inspired by her values, we empower vulnerable children, women, and families through education, nutrition, health, livelihoods, and community support. Through this work, Mami Ngenge’s spirit of compassion lives on.
A lifelong pillar of her community in Ekona, Cameroon, Mami Ngenge raised her family with resilience and compassion, supporting neighbors, preparing meals for students, and cultivating resources to help those in need.
Despite challenges, including displacement during the Anglophone Crisis, she has continued to embody generosity, dignity, and service, ensuring that those around her never felt forgotten.
